It is with grateful thanks that I write this letter, having been a recipient of the fine professional work performed by your employees on the roof of my house in Pacific Grove.  My immediate neighbor, who has been a contractor in this area for many years, working as M & M Builders, referred your company to me and as soon as I met Robert List, who estimated by requirements, I knew Williams would be the roofing company I would prefer.  His expert advice on materials, job requirements and description, followed by a very professional looking brochure, all without any salesman pressure whatsoever, was enough to convince me.

Every employee who visited by house appeared very skilled and adept in which every task they fulfilled.  It was truly amazing how fast and obviously masterful the two men were, who did repairs, laid the felt and fiberglass shingles and I must also extend praise to Steve and his crew, who worked so hard.  I can’t think of any other job, where the labor is so intense and arduous.  Just watching them made my backache.  Even after all their hard work, they left the surrounding perimeters of my house looking so clean and neat.
