The
son of a roofing contractor, Fred Williams has experienced every
aspect of the roofing industry. Working as an installer for
over 10 years for a Marin County Roofing Contractor, he continued
to hone his skills as a superior craftsman. He then relocated
to Santa Clara County and was hired as a division manger for the
largest roofing contractor in the nation. His organizational
skills, attention to detail and his will to succeed, quickly singled
him out as a leader in the company. After four years the company
dispersed and Fred headed to Monterey County where he worked as
a project manager for a local roofing contractor. In 1977,
equipped with only a dream, a spirit of achievement, a steadfast
work ethic, a devotion to the job at hand and a very supportive
wife, Fred opened the doors of Williams Roofing Company. The company
grew rapidly from two employees to a workforce of over 60 dedicated
employees. Fred has positioned Williams Roofing Company to
be Monterey County's largest full service roofing company, servicing
the builder, construction and the residential industry. With
the help of his two daughters, he continues to strategically build
a business that focuses on customers who have entrusted Williams
Roofing to work on their home or business. It continues to
be Williams goal to build and maintain client relationships by providing
their clients with unprecedented service and undeniable quality.
TAWNIE WILLIAMS
VICE PRESIDENT

Tawnie joined Williams Roofing in 1990 and continues to lead the company
to financial success. With Tawnie's guidance, the company continues
its tremendous growth. She actively participates in the daily financial
operations as well as marketing and advertising development. Prior to
joining the organization, she worked in the Bond Department for Aetna in
Northern California for five years and is a graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara
with a degree in Business Economics.
JEFF PREMO
VICE PRESIDENT

Jeff enhances the strength of the company with over 30 years of experience
in the roofing industry and has been part of the Williams team since 1995. After
numerous years of hands-on experience in the installation of roofing, he owned
and managed his own successful roofing company for 12 years in Monterey County. Jeff
has brought tremendous knowledge and experience to Williams and his great
strengths continue to provide Williams Roofing strong growth and opportunity.
KEELY WILLIAMS

Keely has been a valuable part of Williams Roofing since 2004. She
is responsible for coordinating outside representatives to facilitate business
operations, sales and marketing assistance, as well as interfacing with current
customers to assure their continued satisfaction. Prior to joining
the family business, she worked in Northern California as a medical sales
representative for many large medical device companies. She is a 1988
graduate from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
ROBERT LIST
ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

In 1995 Robert joined the company as a qualified superintendent working on
all aspects of roofing, while specializing in siding, tile, composition shingles
and shakes. He was promoted to his current role in 1999. Robert
brings more than 35 years experience to the company and has proven to be a
valuable team player. His responsibilities include meeting customers
and assisting them with their roofing projects, studying products and application
techniques, estimating roofing projects, and meeting with product representatives
to stay on the cutting edge of the roofing industry.
JOE MCNAIR
ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

Joe joined Williams Roofing Company in 2004 to supervise warranty and repair
work. In 2005 he was promoted to an estimator/project manager. With
more than 25 years of roofing experience, Joe has gained many new accounts
and provides leadership in the estimating department. He brings a wealth
of knowledge and experience to the Williams team by actively participating
in the daily operations and assisting in many aspects of client projects. A
college graduate with a degree in Liberal Arts, he is fluent in Spanish and
is a certified network administrator.
ROBERTA POLLARD
Office Manager
Roberta, employed by Williams Roofing in 1992, is an integral part of the
Williams family. She is responsible for managing roofing permits and
inspections, time and quality control, purchasing, job postings, billings
and most importantly maintains the ability to multi-task. Prior to
joining Williams Roofing, she managed a local children's clothing store for
22 years.
CHARLENE PAULEY
Charlene has been a valuable part of Williams Roofing since 2005. Her
office responsibilities include general journal and data entry, project specialist,
general administrative office duties and customer relations.
Along with this distinguished group, we have over 45 highly skilled
journeymen, apprentices and laborers to take care of all types of roofing
systems. |
